University Journal of Student Projects and Research (UJSPR) Volume 3, 2026 Abstract: The Office Attendance and Analytic System (OAAS) replaces disconnected workforce tracking tools with a centralized, secure web application for Administrators, Department Heads, and Employees. OAAS streamlines HR operations by managing trusted-time check-ins, leave requests, and delegated approvals. The system dynamically calculates lateness, early departures, and overtime by cross-referencing physical attendance with effective-dated schedules, holidays, and approved leave. Built on a custom PHP 8+/MySQL MVC architecture and styled with Tailwind CSS, OAAS ensures data integrity through strict scope-based authorization and comprehensive audit logging. Ultimately, OAAS delivers automated analytics and reporting to significantly reduce manual administrative effort without requiring biometric or payroll integrations.
