University Journal of Student Projects and Research (UJSPR) Volume 3, 2026 Abstract: Effective medicine management is essential for ensuring the availability, proper storage, and distribution of medicines in healthcare services. However, manual record keeping often leads to inaccurate stock records, duplicate entries, difficulties in monitoring medicine availability, and delays in report preparation. To address these problems, a web-based Pharmacy Store Management System was developed for the District Department of Public Health. The system supports medicine inventory management through Opening Balance, Stock In, Stock Out, Stock Balance, Tender Management, Report Generation, User Management, and an integrated email function. By replacing manual processes with a computerized system, it improves the accuracy of medicine records, reduces human errors, saves time in daily operations, and provides reliable inventory information. Overall, the system enhances pharmacy inventory management and supports more efficient medicine management services in the District Department of Public Health.
