University Journal of Student Projects and Research (UJSPR) Volume 3, 2026 Abstract: The Student Feedback Information System (SFIS) is a dedicated web-based platform engineered to digitize and automate academic evaluations in higher education institutions. The platform’s primary goal is to elevate teaching standards while guaranteeing absolute student anonymity during evaluation submissions. Students can securely submit feedback for enrolled courses without revealing their identity, while teachers can inspect real-time evaluation distributions and performance trend analytics to continuously refine their instruction. Through the administrative module, administrators manage institutional data, design dynamic questionnaires, handle bulk student imports via Excel, and generate downloadable PDF reports. Ultimately, SFIS connects student evaluations directly with administrative decision-making, providing a scalable and transparent solution for ongoing academic improvement.
