University Journal of Student Projects and Research (UJSPR) Volume 3, 2026 Abstract: Rice milling management is essential for ensuring that paddy receiving, milling operations, product outputs, service fees, payments, and deliveries are recorded accurately and managed efficiently. A computerized system can reduce manual work, improve calculation accuracy, and organize the complete milling workflow. In this project, the Rice Milling Management System was developed to manage rice-mill operations systematically through a centralized web-based platform. The system supports customer management, paddy receiving and receipt generation, milling-process tracking, rice and by-product output recording, service-fee calculation, payment verification, delivery scheduling, notifications, and report generation. It also provides dashboards and status timelines for monitoring operational records, milling progress, fees, payments, and deliveries. The system helps make rice-mill management more organized, transparent, and efficient while improving the accessibility and reliability of business records.
