University Journal of Student Projects and Research (UJSPR) Volume 3, 2026 Abstract: Online application system for Food and Drug Administration (FDA) licence is a comprehensive digital platform designed to streamline and manage the entire process of product registration, application submission, approval workflows, and regulatory compliance. This system is tailored to support key administrative functions, including application processing, document verification, approval management, and applicant account management. It offers a suite of flexible and intuitive features that improve the efficiency of both FDA staff and applicants. By enhancing operational workflows and accessibility, this system supports effective management of regulatory approval processes. The system provides a user-friendly interface that allows applicants to easily track the status of their applications, receive notifications, and manage submitted documents online. FDA administrators can efficiently review applications, verify required information, communicate with applicants, and update approval statuses through a centralized dashboard.
