University Journal of Student Projects and Research (UJSPR) Volume 3, 2026 Abstract: The Production and Management Information System for Cement Factory is a web-based platform developed to digitize and improve internal factory management processes. The system integrates employee management, attendance tracking, departmental reporting, payroll information, production department records, planning department records, finance department records, and quality control activities into a centralized platform. It provides role-based access for administrators, staff members, the Deputy General Manager, and the Factory General Manager according to their responsibilities. The system is developed using Python Django, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and SQLite to provide a reliable and user-friendly management solution.
