| Soe Lin Htet University Journal of Student Projects and Research (UJSPR) Volume 3, 2026 Abstract: The proposed system is an RFID-Based YBS ticketing and secure door access control system designed to automate passenger’s tickets verification, fare management, and passenger entry monitoring. The system uses an MFRC522 RFID reader and an Arduino Uno to verify registered passenger cards and manage the ticketing and door access processes. The system also provides administrator functions for passenger card registration and balance top-up, while EEPROM and an RTC module are used to store card information, balances, and daily passenger and revenue records. Overall, the proposed system provides a convenient, automated, and secure solution for YBS ticketing and passenger access management.
